We operate Tuesdays – Sundays. Not all tours are offered on all those days. View following agenda schedule for timing and availability.

If you are a cruise passenger and like to start at a different time, please contact us. 

We are not allowed to provide pick up. You could either rent a car for the day or take a taxi. Cruise passengers: There are usually taxis right in front of at the pier property.
Estimated travel time is about 30 minutes from the pier to the marina.
Stay over guests: Taxis are often in front of hotels and resorts.
If not, the hotel staff can call one for you.

-We recommend to also arrange the taxi for the way back right away.
-Another recommendation is to ask for the phone number of the taxi driver in case we need to get a hold of him / her.

We currently have 2 boats.
With the smaller boat (boarding possible) the maximum capacity is 5 guests.
With the larger boat (no boarding possible) the maximum capacity is 8 guests.

Groups up to 5 guests: Included into the price is bottled water and a cool box with ice.
Additional by request: ZUP board and/ or snorkel equipment

Transportation to starting pier, additional drinks and food (see F&B Packages).

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own drinks. We provide bottled water and will bring a jug with ice that you are welcome to use to keep your drinks cool.

There are 2 restaurants within Spanish Waters that we can stop at for you.

Boca 19 which is located at the Santa Barbara pier (currently open Wednesdays – Sundays); they serve both meat and fish.

Vis Villa which is located close to the Marina for the local fisherman (currently open Thursdays – Monday); they serve fish only 

No,  Klein Curacao is out of our area of operation. When the ocean is calm and the waves allow us, we can visit Fuik Bay and Caracasbaai to for example snorkel at Curacao’s famous Tugboat and/or Director’s Bay.

Our boat is docked on the East side of the island and therefore we do not operate on the West side of the island.

Direct bookings are preferred.

You can book directly through our website. You will receive a confirmation email and your tickets for the booking.
Alternatively,  you can send us an email and we will confirm the reservation manually and send you a payment link to ensure the reservation.

We accept cash, Ideal or credit card.

With a cash payment, we will ask you for a down payment by credit card to ensure the reservation. 

Cancellation, refund and reservation policy

Making a reservation with Trip and Treat ensures your space for a chosen trip/ activity, location, date, and time. Making a deposit and/or paying for your trip in full is our commitment to you that we hold the spot available for you. Please be aware that there are no refunds for no-shows.

Cancellation policy (full payment in advance)

• Cancellations 7 days before your scheduled trip/ activity are eligible to a full refund of total price minus credit card processing fees.
• Cancellations 7 days or less before your scheduled trip/ activity are eligible to a 50% refund of total price.
• Cancellations 3 days or less (72 hours or less) before your scheduled trip/ activity are not eligible for a refund.

Please be aware that there are no refunds for no-shows.

If Trip and Treat cancels a trip due to bad weather, or any other reason or circumstances beyond our control, a 100% refund will be issued. Trip and Treat reserves the right to cancel any trip. Before canceling a trip/ activity we will offer to reschedule to next available time spot. We are not responsible for any cancellations or modifications of trips/activities due to weather and wave conditions, vessel breakdowns, or other unforeseen conditions that may hinder the ability for the trip/activity to take place as scheduled.

Yes, when the weather conditions allow us we visit Fuik Bay. It is a beautiful boat ride along Curacao’s coastline.

Yes, we have some storage space on the boat. We recommend bringing as little as possible and only essential things to keep the weight low.

We have a ZUP Board, which is a new kind of water sports and definitely a fun thing to do during your vacation on Curacao. A ZUP board is a multifunctional board on which you can body board, knee board, water ski and wake board. You do not need any previous water ski or wake board experience; it is very easy and fun for your entire family or friends group.

Note: Boarding is only offered up to groups of 5 and if you book the water sports only option.
When booking the boarding experience, we will always bring our wakeboard along. 

No, we do not have a restroom on board, there is one at the marina to which we can always return to. In any other case: Whatever happens in the ocean, stays in the ocean.
